Service Description
You will need to complete the online portion before skills day! The 30-minute skills session is taken once the AHA online portion is completed. You are REQUIRED to have the current textbook for this course. If you already own one or have access to one before, during, and after the class, you DO NOT need to purchase another. You may purchase the e-book on the AHA website or purchase a book onsite before the start of class. The blended learning is a combination of eLearning, in which a student completes part of the course in a self-directed manner at home, followed by a hands-on skills session with a certified AHA instructor. We only accept American Heart Association (AHA) Heartcode certificates.
Cancellation Policy
Refund Policy: You are about to purchase a non-refundable and non-transferable course. You can reschedule three Times ONLY. The rescheduling fee will apply per occurrence afterward. To reschedule your course, you must contact us by sending an email to karson@ifatrainingcenter.com no later than 24-business hours before the course date for the following courses BLS, and BLS skills. No refund for "NO CALL NO SHOW" - You will be considered a NO SHOW student if you do not show up to class and do not notify us at least one day before the class starts. We will not issue any refund or grant credit nor allow you to reschedule for another class if you are a NO SHOW student. Rescheduling fees are as follows: Course To avoid a Rescheduling fee, Notify us Fee BLS Course, and Skills Course 24 Business Hours before the Class date $29 All rescheduling and changes to the original course arrangement date and time must be done via email karson@ifatrainingcenter.com Our Business Hours are Monday from 9 am to 5 pm, and Sunday from 9 am to 1 pm. Saturday - Closed
